Excellent plumber. As busy as his team is with hurricane issues, I appreciate Sam making the time to work on my project. His pricing is fair and he does great work. Also excellent communications with him on the project. We will be using Sam on our future plumbing projects. Pictures coming later.

Best plumbing service I ever had. In the past 2 years I have had several plumbers. I discovered a burst pipe in the crawl space last night. I shut off water supply right away. Next morning I called 3 of the big plumber companies I have used. I called Sam on the recommendation of my friend Gerry. Sam sent Bryan who arrived within 1 1/2 hours. Bryan was courteous and skilled. He got right into the crawl space repaired the pipes. Excellent service at a very fair price.

Great experience with Just Plumbing! Needed to have the guts of a toilet replaced and was able to schedule in the same week. Service was quick and efficient. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Sam kept me in the loop as to when they'd arrive on the day of service. No gimmicks or upsells, just great work and great people!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring "Just Plumbing by Sam" for several tasks, including the installation of a new hot water heater and various plumbing fixtures, as well as repairs to a small bathroom. I must say, Sam Boot exceeded all expectations! He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Sam brings a perfect blend of professionalism and a friendly, down-to-earth demeanor to his work. His attention to detail and thorough approach are commendable. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the customer service provided that I am already planning to use Sam and his team for upcoming plumbing needs in a charming, older home I have inherited. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Exceptional work in record time! Sam and Brian are very personable and professional. They were able to come out quickly to fix our issue, which ended up being a backed up sewer. While they were here they also replaced the toilet and checked our shower drain. Everything is draining and flowing smoothly now. Highly recommend these two guys!

Had a broken pipe outside that was gushing water - on Easter Sunday! I called a handful of plumbers. Sam responded the quickest and came out to evaluate the situation within 1.5hrs. He was very professional and provided a couple options for me to consider with quotes. Sam didn’t even charge me for coming out on the holiday. Reasonable pricing, deep expertise, great communication, punctual…
Overall, great experience. Sam is my go to from this point forward; I highly recommend him for all of your indoor & outdoor plumbing needs.
